The Student Executive Board (BEM) of FEB UNAIR is a student organization committed to being a strategic partner in developing student potential, advocating for policies, and implementing work programs that impact the academic community and the community. As an organization focused on capacity building, BEM FEB UNAIR continuously strives to improve the competence of its officials to enable them to play their role as effective and responsive agents of change.

"Ruang Penyeragaman" is an initiative of the Strategic Studies Department (KASTRAT) BEM FEB UNAIR 2025 to strengthen the capacity of functionaries in implementing established work programs. This event is designed as a collaborative learning space between all BEM FEB UNAIR departments, with a focus on mastering basic skills crucial in program execution, such as strategic thinking frameworks, policy brief preparation, and (ANSOS) social analysis. This agenda also plays a role in SDGs 4: Quality Education, SDGs 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and SDGs 17: Partnership for the Goals.
