Tedxuniversitasairlangga is an independent initiative that is officially licensed from Ted, and has been present since 2020 as a place to issue new ideas at the Universitas Airlangga . Carrying the spirit of "ideas change everything". Tedxuniversitasairlangga is a collaborative space that accommodates creative, reflective, and transformative ideas from various groups and topics. Rooted of Ted, namely non-profit and non-partisan organizations that were originally in California. TEDX was founded to disseminate meaningful ideas (Worth Spreading Ideas) on a local community scale that has a global impact. Tedxuniversitasairlangga not only presents a one -way conference, but also creates experiences that revive dialogue across discipline, bring together ideas, and encourage concrete action. Now entering six years of implementation, Tedxuniversitasairlangga continues to transform into a dynamic creative ecosystem. Involving students, lecturers, to external partners, this activity is designed with an original approach and presents a series of pre-events and play events that are thematic and philosophical interconnected.
Every year, Tedxuniversitasairlangga is not only a forum for the speaker to be curated, but also becomes a movement of thought that encourages collective awareness of social, cultural, and humanitarian issues.
