ORMAWA Certification is a work program of the Professional Development Department of BEM FEB UNAIR in the form of a series of professional certification activities aimed at administrators and former administrators of ORMAWA FEB UNAIR who still have active undergraduate student status. 

This program aims to improve knowledge, technical skills (hard skills), and practical insights relevant to the needs of the workplace. One of the program's main objectives is to support fellow members of the organization who have honed the soft skills of leadership, communication, and teamwork during their time at ORMAWA. Through ORMAWA Certification, these skills are complemented by mastery of hard skills, creating a balanced combination of technical and non-technical abilities. 

This activity is in line with SDGs 4 (Quality Education) because it provides access to quality education and continuous learning for students, and supports SDGs 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by producing superior human resources who are ready to enter the world of work and contribute to sustainable economic growth.
