The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , as the governing body for all organizations at FEB UNAIR, feels the need to improve soft skills in public speaking, including presentations, speeches, and negotiations. This is because good public speaking skills are crucial in today's industrial and corporate sectors.
Therefore, we at the Department of External Relations of the Student Executive Board of FEB UNAIR are striving to meet this need by holding a training called Strategic Training.

This Strategic Training will focus on the theme of the 17th SDGs. In this case, the 17th SDG offers a partnership framework to achieve common goals. Partnerships are considered essential for the survival of an organization as a discipline responsible for building good relationships between an organization and its public. Through the Strategic Training on External Relations, BEM FEB Unair tries to realize this point in this case as a forum for student organization development through an interactive talk show scheme with competent speakers in their fields. It is hoped that later every member of the Public Relations Division of all organizations at FEB UNAIR will be able to do good public speaking and will form a better personality, intentionally or not, in the preparation of this proposal and in its implementation later.
