DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES

The first year of college is a crucial time for new students because there are many new opportunities to develop their potential, supported by their strong interests and aspirations to become better individuals during their studies. These strong interests and aspirations of new students represent a great potential to develop their qualities, one of which is the potential to become a good organizer. However, despite this high potential, some new students are still unfamiliar with organizations and lack pre-college organizational experience. Furthermore, some new students still do not understand the organizational system at the college level, whether within the scope of the study program, faculty, or university.

Starting from these problems, the Student Resource Development Bureau of BEM FEB UNAIR held a work program "SOBEM BEM FEB UNAIR" which is an internship program at BEM FEB UNAIR for three (3) months which aims to provide a forum for new students to learn to organize and become part of each department in BEM FEB UNAIR by directly involved in preparing work programs from each department and bureau. Through this work program, it is hoped that new students will become more familiar with each department and bureau in BEM FEB UNAIR, be able to adapt and understand the organizational system within the faculty, and be better prepared to become an organizer in the future.
