Serving as a platform for exploring and gaining deeper insight into environmental and social issues is crucial. Therefore, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UNAIR's Student Resource Development Bureau (BEM) for the 2024 term has developed a RUBIK work program, specifically the Cabinet Room. The program aims to identify the needs of functionaries, design development programs, and assist employees in reaching their full potential.

Gaining insight and knowledge about the future is crucial in a student's journey. Continuing to the next level after college is something that requires careful preparation and consideration. RUBIK 1 carries the theme "Preparing Yourself for a Better Future Career." This coincides with SDGs number 4, "Quality Education," which explains that every individual is obliged to pursue quality education and gain insight. This motivates the Human Resources Bureau to facilitate insight in the form of knowledge to prepare for employment in RUBIK 1 activities.

Based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the Student Resource Development Bureau Work Program for the 2024 period, held a "RUBIK" activity with the hope that this RUBIK itself can increase insight in the form of Hard Skills and Soft Skills that can be honed for all BEM FEB UNAIR 2024 functionaries.

The target of this activity is all BEM FEB UNAIR functionaries for the 2024 period. It was held 3 times and RUBIK 1 will be held on May 17, 2024, at the Fajar Hall Universitas Airlangga Faculty of FEB. The success indicator of "RUBIK" with a total of 75-90 participants from BEM functionaries and the series of "RUBIK" events ran according to plan and smoothly. In addition, the predetermined budget was in accordance with the surplus that will be allocated to other PSDM Bureau activities.
