FEB students were very enthusiastic about the weekly routine training sessions held by the Arts and Sports Department of the Student Executive Board (BEM FEB). These training sessions were divided into two parts: arts training and sports training. The arts training sessions included GIGS GKM, Modern Dance, and Saman Dance, while the sports training sessions included futsal, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton. These training sessions were held from February to November 2018.

This training facilitated by the SEGA department aims to accommodate one of the segments in FEB, namely students with an interest in Arts and Sports, as well as to prepare the contingent for the upcoming competition.
This routine training has been well-received by FEB students, as evidenced by the large number of participants. The systematic implementation goes beyond just routine training; each branch has coaches and a structure, creating communities within the Faculty of Economics and Business.
Initially, the formation of the community in routine training aimed to prepare the FEB student contingent for the Rector Cup Universitas Airlangga, however, its sustainability is still a question mark and there are rumors that the activity will not be carried out.

At least this routine training has formed solid communities that are ready to participate in various competitions and are able to compete with other faculties in a larger scope, marked by the delegation of basketball and futsal communities in the national arena.
