Description

PSDM DAY is an activity held for all administrators of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga for the 2020 period. The series of events included several materials on responsibility, organizational management, and cooperation. It was followed by a family session between administrators and games aimed at building teamwork, enthusiasm, strengthening brotherhood, and increasing trust among all administrators of BEM FEB UNAIR 2020.

This activity was carried out considering the large number of work programs that have been running for approximately half the management period, which makes all administrators tend to work based on work programs in each department so that there is a lack of time to be able to gather together as a cabinet which can cause misunderstandings among fellow administrators of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. Not only that, this activity was also carried out with the aim of having fun together as a cabinet to relieve fatigue after all administrators have worked for approximately half a period.
