The workshop is one of the work programs of the Science Department of BEM FEB UNAIR, where there are 3 series of talk shows with different topics and presenting two speakers in each batch. 

The workshop was held with the hope of providing new insights for FEB UNAIR students. The main theme of this year's Prabu Adhikari was "Motivate Yourself to Be Extraordinary," with the hope that FEB UNAIR students would have a strong motivation to utilize their potential appropriately and align with their goals of becoming extraordinary students. The workshop was held twice online, on April 8, 2023, and May 27, 2023, and once offline on September 30, 2023.
