The workshop is a realization of the Prabu Adhikari Program, which originated from the lack of attention paid by students from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) to developing high-achieving personalities and an environment that supports their academic achievement. Through the workshop, it is hoped that the mindset of FEB students will be formed to create an environment that supports their achievements, increase the attention of FEB students to developing achievements, and make this a new habit and even become a culture for the Faculty of Economics and Business. The workshop will present speakers to encourage students from the Faculty of Economics and Business to become high-achieving students. The speakers in the workshop are also alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business, which will further strengthen and shape the character of FEB students who are more directed towards achievement and build the image of FEB UNAIR as one of the producers of quality human resources.

The workshops are being held online and in four batches this year. Batch 1 has been successfully implemented. Preparations for Batch 2 are currently underway.
