Prabu Adhikari: The workshop is a work program of the Science Department of BEM FEB UNAIR. The activity is carried out in the form of an online webinar with two speakers who have different views or arguments, which is expected to add new insights for FEB UNAIR students. The workshop will be held four times, namely on April 3, 2022, June 5, 2022, August 6, 2022, and September 11, 2022. The workshop is present as a forum to help FEB UNAIR students in deepening their insights, forming an outstanding personality, and having an open mindset to create an environment that supports their achievements. 

Amidst globalization and increasing competition, FEB UNAIR students are expected to foster a spirit of achievement in both academic and non-academic fields, in accordance with their potential. Therefore, our main theme is "Break Your Limit to be Limitless," which is expected to provide motivation to continue growing and serve as a reminder that each individual's path to success is different. Everyone has different ways, times, and parameters to achieve success.

This event will be divided into two main sessions: the Talk Room and the Discussion Room. The Talk Room will be moderated by a moderator who will respond to questions posed to the two speakers and engage with each other. The Discussion Room will provide an opportunity for several FEB UNAIR students (participants) to ask questions of the speakers or share their opinions on the topic being discussed.
