In Indonesia's determination to achieve status as one of the largest economies in the world in 2030 and towards Indonesia Emas in 2045, BEM FEB UNAIR 2024 Department of Sciences paid attention to sustainable development which became increasingly important. As part of this effort, the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) is a strong foundation in achieving various Sustainable Development Objectives (SDGs). P2MW 2024 Activity is one of the activities held by BEM FEB Universitas Airlangga to increase the interest of students in the field of entrepreneurship consisting of training and coaching in order to prepare the FEB contingent at the P2MW event held in 2025. Training and coaching are prepared with socialization by presenting competent speakers from lecturers, P2MW alumni, and FEB students.

P2MW is not just a program, but is an important milestone in an effort to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Indonesia. Through P2MW, FEB Airlangga students are encouraged to obtain the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to become successful entrepreneurs. However, the meaning of this program is not limited to job creation and economic growth alone.
By providing broader access to quality education in the field of entrepreneurship, P2MW makes a major contribution to the achievement of SDG 4: quality education. This program creates an environment in which students from various backgrounds can learn and develop holistically, not only in terms of academic but also in terms of social skills and entrepreneurship.

More than that, P2MW also plays a role in supporting SDG 8: decent jobs and economic growth. By increasing the number of entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), this program not only creates proper employment opportunities but also accelerates inclusive economic growth throughout the country.
Finally, through collaboration between universities, government, and the private sector in supporting entrepreneurship development, P2MW helps build a solid partnership, which is very important in achieving all SDGs, in accordance with SDG 17: Partnership for purposes.
Thus, the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) is not only an important step in accelerating Indonesia's economic growth but also becomes an important milestone in the journey to sustainable and inclusive development in Indonesia.
