The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) on Saturday, April 2, 2022, received a welcome visit from the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (BEM FEB UNUD). This visit was facilitated by the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UNUD. This activity was carried out via Zoom Meeting and attended by 181 people consisting of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UNUD administrators. The purpose of this visit was to exchange insights regarding knowledge and work program innovations, as well as to foster relationships and collaboration through presentation sessions from each BEM and focus group discussions (FGD) from each department or bureau.
The visit began at 2:00 PM WIB by Rausyan Fikri Suwandiman from BEM FEB UNAIR and Ni Putu Esa Ade Liana Putri from BEM FEB UNUD as Master of Ceremony (MC) who led the welcome visit event. The series of events began with remarks from each BEM President where BEM FEB UNAIR was delivered by Sister Vania Safira Febrianti and Brother I Putu Diva Khrisna Aditya from BEM FEB UNUD. The next event was a presentation about BEM FEB UNAIR by Sister Vania and Brother Romano Krisna as President and Vice President of BEM FEB UNAIR. Then, it was continued with a presentation related to BEM FEB UNUD by Brother Diva Khrisna as Chair of BEM FEB UNUD.
A brief presentation from each BEM chairperson was followed by a group discussion forum (FGD) for each department or bureau conducted in a breakout room session. In the FGD, each bureau or department shared about their respective bureau or department, starting from the introduction of each department member to the presentation of the work agenda. The FGD lasted for 1 hour and closed with a group photo. After the FGD, there was a CSI welcome visit form filled out provided by the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR, then continued with a certificate awarding session from BEM FEB UNAIR to BEM FEB UNUD as a form of appreciation represented by Sister Vania. The certificate handover was also carried out by BEM FEB UNUD to BEM FEB UNAIR, represented by Diva Khrisna. Finally, the entire series of welcome visit events from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UNUD were closed with a closing by the MC at 16.09 WIB.
