The End-of-Year Performance Evaluation is a quantitative analysis that measures and evaluates the performance of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Airlangga University (UNAIR) for the 2025 term. The Research and Development Bureau of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , serves as an effort to evaluate various activities carried out by the BEM FEB UNAIR as one of the organizational bodies within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . This is aimed at ensuring that the outcomes produced align with the organization's objectives and contribute to developing good and beneficial soft skills for students.
The UNAIR FEB BEM Year-End Performance Evaluation is in line with SDG Goal 4: Quality Education. The presentation of the results of the Mid-Year Performance Evaluation serves as a significant measurement tool and can be used as material for evaluating the performance of the UNAIR FEB BEM for the coming period.
