Media Partner is a work program from the Department of External Relations Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga which aims to provide publication facilities to student organizations operating under the auspices of the Faculty of Business Economics. Media partners who establish an agreement will later assist student organizations in supporting the excitement to introduce unique and new events organized by Ormawa. All student organizations that are registered and operating under the Faculty of Economics and Business can utilize media partner facilities.
The implementation of the media partner begins by submitting an agreement to the media partner candidate related to the promotion request for events that will be held by Ormawa, and also as a data collection for them later to be scheduled and the media partner can run it. The media used by the Student Executive Board in conducting this cooperation is through the Official Instagram and Line Account. The Student Executive Board will also later appoint the person in charge to oversee the course of the cooperation and also to ensure the cooperation carried out effectively, optimally, and on target. The implementation of this agenda will be carried out during one period of BEM FEB 2024 management, namely until 31 December 2024
In its application, the implementation of media partners supports one of the SDGs 17 agendas, namely the partnership to achieve goals. Media partners open up opportunities to work with anyone as long as it can reach an agreement which certainly has the potential to increase profits. Thus, cooperating with various parties, such as government, non-governmental organizations, private sectors, and civil society, can help increase public awareness, encourage public participation, and build multi-up involvement. This is in line with one of the targets of SDGs, namely, among others, encouraging public-private cooperation and partnerships with civil society.
