The Internship Class is a program of the Professional Development Department of the Student Executive Board (BEM FEB) Universitas Airlangga , which focuses on improving student competency in facing the internship selection process. This activity will be held online and is open to all active undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga. The Internship Class is implemented as a strategic tool that allows FEB UNAIR students to optimize their potential according to their educational background, skills, interests, and talents. Thus, it is hoped that students can increase their competitiveness in the world of work. In addition, this program is in line with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goal 8: Decent work and economic growth. Difficulties in obtaining internships caused by limited access to information, student unpreparedness, and limited understanding of company selection criteria have the potential to hinder the development of individual potential and overall economic growth. Therefore, quality internships are an important step in realizing decent work and boosting economic productivity. Accurate and effectively delivered information will greatly assist students in pursuing and keeping up with developments in job opportunities and the implementation of internship programs in higher education environments. Thus, students are expected to be better prepared to contribute to the world of work and support sustainable economic growth in the era of technological and information advancement.
