Internal Training (PI) is a new work program in BEM FEB UNAIR Period 2020. This activity aims to prepare BEM FEB UNAIR administrators to be ready to face problems that arise in their organization and improve self-management of the internal organization for active administrators of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. With this PI, it is hoped that all active administrators of BEM FEB UNAIR 2020 can understand, comprehend and be able to carry out their duties and obligations during the management period. This activity was held in a zoom webinar and took place on May 30, 2020. Starting on Saturday afternoon and ending on Saturday evening. This event was attended by all active administrators of BEM FEB UNAIR Period 2020. This PI raised the theme "self-management for strengthening internal organizations".

 The event schedule began with registration from participants who attended the zoom webinar before the event began. The opening of the PI was marked by remarks from the PI committee chair and the head of the BEM FEB Unair. After the opening ceremony was over, the event was taken over by the moderator. Then the event continued with material and discussion in session I delivered by Mas Ziyannur Rahman as Head of the Adkesma Department of BEM FEB Unair 2020. After that, it continued with an icebreaker for 15 minutes, after the icebreaker material and discussion continued to session II. The material and discussion in session II ended at 14:55 WIB and then continued with the posttest until 15:05 WIB. 

The event closed with thanks to the speakers and all BEM FEB Unair administrators who attended the PI event, followed by a virtual group photo.
