Student Intellectual and Togetherness Week (PIKMEN 2020) is a joint work program of all student organizations in the Faculty of Economics and Business as a gateway for cadre development and introduction to the world of lectures, especially in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for new students.

PIKMEN 2020 this time carries the theme "20 Hero's Spirit in the Generation of Change" through this theme, PIKMEN 2020 has a vision to instill the spirit of Indonesian heroes into all new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, class of 2020 to become a generation of change for the Indonesian nation. PIKMEN 2020 carries values ​​​​such as integrity, intellectual and sense of ownership, where the hope of all individuals who are part of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , class of 2020, to become individuals who provide meaning and usefulness to the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, and Indonesia.

PIKMEN was held on September 4-6, 2020, online through the Zoom platform. With approximately 1,000 participants and the committee. Starting on September 4, 2020, the PIKMEN event was opened with a Live Streaming ceremony attended by the Dean, welcomed by the Chair of the FEB Student Executive Board and remarks from the Chair of the 2020 PIKMEN event and representatives of new students where this ceremony marked the opening of the 2020 PIKMEN event.
