The Intellectual and Togetherness Week of Economics and Business Students (PIKMEN) is a Joint Work Program of All Student Organizations of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga which acts as an introduction to the world of lectures, especially within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. This activity takes place offline at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga from August 21-23, 2024. This year's PIKMEN will carry the theme "Harmony in Ideas: Collaborating to Compose Tomorrow". With the PIKMEN 2023 activity, it is hoped that new students will become intellectual academic students, have character, have a critical, proactive, professional attitude, and love and pride in the FEB Universitas Airlanggaalma mater. On the other hand, it is hoped that students will also uphold a sense of unity and kinship among the entire FEB Universitas Airlanggacommunity. The entire series of activities in PIKMEN 2024 are also packaged in such a way as to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 4, namely Quality Education through various kinds of socialization related to academic development, as well as point 17, namely Partnerships to Achieve Goals through collaborative assignments of FEB students focused on social and economic issues of the community
