Human Resource Development Training (HRDT) is a work program that is held routinely once a year. This activity aims to develop the soft skills of active administrators of the Human Resource department. first before HR is tasked with developing its organizational members and student resources at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. With this HRDT, it is hoped that all active administrators of the HR department can understand, comprehend and be able to carry out their duties and obligations to develop student resources that have been mandated to them during the management period without any obstacles. This activity was held in classroom 202 FEB Unair and took place on February 22, 2020. Starting on Saturday morning and ending on Saturday afternoon. This event was attended by 34 representatives from all existing student organizations. This HRDT was brought with the theme "Building character and creating good quality human resources in organizational internalization".
The event began with registration of participants in front of classroom 202 before the event began. The opening ceremony was marked by singing the Indonesian national anthem (Indonesia Raya) and the Airlangga Hymn, followed by remarks by the HRDT chairperson and the vice chairperson of the Airlangga FEB Student Executive Board (BEM FEB Unair). After the opening ceremony, all participants took a pre-test. The pre-test consisted of 20 questions that measured their knowledge of the topic. Each participant's test scores were compared with the post-test scores, which were administered at the end of the event. The post-test and pre-tests were used as indicators of the success of the material presented to the participants.
After a 10-minute pre-test, the event continued with session I material delivered by Mas Hardi as the Head of the Coordination Board / ITS LKMM Guide. After that, it was continued with a 30-minute break, after which the material continued to session II. Session II material ended at 1:05 PM, then continued with the post-test until 1:25 PM.
The event closed with a closing ceremony which included the presentation of plaques to the speakers and also continued with a group photo of all participants and committee members.
