Human Resource Development Training: Training the Role of Soft Skills Directly

Human Resource Development Training (HRDT) is one of the work programs that are held routinely once a year. This activity aims to develop the active management of the Human Resource Department. First before HR is tasked with developing members of their organization and student resources at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. With this HRDT, it is hoped that all active management of the HR Department can understand, understand and be able to carry out their duties and obligations to develop the student resources that have been mandated to them during the management period without any obstacles. This activity was carried out in class 202 FEB Airlangga University and took place on February 22, 2020. Starting on Saturday morning and ended on Saturday afternoon. The event was attended by 34 representatives from all existing organizations. HRDT was brought with the theme "Building Character and Creating Good Quality HR in Internalization of Organizations".

 

The structure of this event begins with registration from participants who are present in front of classroom 202 before the event begins. The opening of the HRDT was marked by singing the song Indonesia Raya and the Airlangga Hymn, then the opening continued with remarks by the chief executive of the HRDT and the deputy chairman of BEM FEB Unair. After the opening event was over, all participants took a pre-test. The pre-test was carried out by giving all participants 20 numbered questions containing knowledge about the theme being presented. The results of the test scores from each participant will later be compared with the results of the post test scores which will be carried out at the end of the event. The post and pre-test itself will later be used as indicators of the success of the material that has been delivered to participants.

After 10 minutes of pre-test, the event continued with session I material delivered by Mas Hardi as Kabakor / ITS LKMM Guide. After that, continue with a break for 30 minutes, after the break the material continues to session II. Session II material ends at 13:05, then continues with the post test until 13:25.

The event closed with a closing which consisted of handing over a plaque to the speaker and also continued with a group photo of all participants and committee members.
