The Farewell BEM FEB UNAIR 2025 activity is a form of appreciation and farewell for all functionaries of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for the 2025 period. This activity is designed as a space for appreciation for the contributions and dedication of the administrators during one year of management, as well as a forum for reflection and strengthening solidarity among members. This activity contributes to SDG 4 (Quality Education) by encouraging organizational learning, leadership reflection, and strengthening soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and empathy among administrators. This activity also supports SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) through a healthy and transparent management transition, thereby strengthening inclusive and sustainable student organization governance. In addition, this activity reflects the spirit of SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by encouraging collaboration across bureaus and departments and building synergy between functionaries and interns as a form of leadership regeneration. With a series of events such as appreciation sessions, performances, and group games, the Farewell BEM FEB UNAIR 2025 is expected to create meaningful moments of togetherness, strengthen emotional bonds among members, and ensure a smooth and memorable leadership transition. This activity serves not only as a closing ceremony but also as a starting point for the organization's sustainability, making it more inclusive, adaptive, and impactful.
