Bureaucratic class 2025

Bureaucratic class 2025In every student organization (ormawa) work program, bureaucracy and administration are inseparable. Correspondence, proposal submissions, activity reports, and coordination with the faculty and university require a good understanding of bureaucratic procedures. However, errors in administrative formats, lack of coordination between student organizations, and misunderstandings in the document submission process often occur. The
2025 Bureaucracy Class is presented as a solution to improve the understanding and skills of student organization secretaries in managing administration and bureaucracy at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga . This activity aims to create a more organized, efficient, and transparent bureaucratic system within the scope of student organizations. With this forum, it is hoped that all student organization secretaries can work together to realize good administrative governance, reduce errors in document submission, and build stronger coordination with the faculty bureaucracy.
The Bureaucracy Class activity is in line with point 16 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely "Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions," which emphasizes the importance of building strong, transparent, and accountable institutions. With good administrative governance, student organizations can carry out their work programs more professionally and responsibly, thereby making a tangible contribution to FEB UNAIR students and the wider community. Sustainability of these activities is crucial for the bureaucratic system within student organizations to continue to develop and adapt to change. With a spirit of collaboration and innovation, the Bureaucracy Class is expected to continue to be a beneficial learning and coordination platform for future generations of students.
