Every student organization (ormawa) work program is inextricably linked to bureaucratic activities and paperwork. Every work program requires approval from various relevant parties to ensure its successful implementation. Recognizing the importance of bureaucratic activities to the continuity of student organizations, the Administration Bureau collaborated with the Finance Bureau to launch the Bureaucracy Class work program.

The implementation of the Bureaucracy Class also supports the realization of SDGs 16: Peace, Justice and Resilient Institutions for Target 16.6, namely developing effective, accountable, and transparent institutions at all levels through its activities in delivering SOPs and bureaucratic flows so that the bureaucratic processes of FEB student organizations can run effectively. This will also promote transparency and accountability in FEB student organizations through a good understanding of bureaucratic processes.

This activity is expected to increase the understanding of all student organization secretaries and treasurers regarding bureaucracy, particularly within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. This will minimize potential errors during the bureaucratic process, allowing for more effective and efficient bureaucratic activities and correspondence.
