Understanding this urgency, the Master of Science in Management Student Association (HIMA MSM) has taken a progressive step by presenting an academic activity called the "Research Series." This program is designed as a scientific platform that encourages the exchange of ideas, discussion of cutting-edge research findings, and strengthening networks between academics, practitioners, and students in the fields of management and business. With a collaborative spirit, the Research Series aims to be a space for constructive dialogue in responding to the various challenges and opportunities that arise in the ever-changing industrial landscape.
In its implementation, the Research Series activities will be divided into two main, complementary sessions. The first session is the Scientific Publication Training, designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of the basic concepts and practical applications in designing valid and academically accountable research. The second session is a Workshop on Systematic Scientific Writing, which provides technical guidance and structured steps in writing scientific articles according to international publication standards. And interestingly, both sessions will be led by professional speakers and experienced academics in their fields. With an interactive and practice-based approach, participants will not only understand the theory but also gain direct experience in compiling high-quality scientific papers ready for publication in reputable journals.
