S2 students not only receive material from lecturers but also tasked with developing or finding new theories as development in science. One way to develop science is to conduct research both theoretically and empirically by using the right methods. With this, mastery of research methods becomes very important.

In scientific development, every student is required to make a thesis. However, not all students master how to apply analytical tools. MSEI Research Series is an activity held by the Student Association (HIMA) Masters of Islamic Economics Science. This activity is carried out to provide knowledge and understanding to students about quantitative and qualitative research analysis tools.
