The MSEI Research Series was designed as a strategic step to address this need, providing students with the opportunity to comprehensively develop their research skills and enhance their contribution to the development of Islamic economics. By understanding the complexities of Islamic economics and mastering the research skills needed to scientifically investigate and analyze economic phenomena, Master of Science (MSI) students in Islamic Economics will be able to become meaningful agents of change in disseminating Islamic economic knowledge and enriching academic discourse and global economic practice. The event is held in the form of a series of eight meetings with resource persons from lecturers, researchers, and related experts to share their knowledge and experiences related to research and publications in the activity.
The objectives of this event are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially points 4 and 8, which emphasize the importance of quality education, decent work, and inclusive economic growth. Through the delivery of useful knowledge, it is hoped that participants can increase their opportunities to optimize research activities and publications that support their academic and career futures.
