"Development of the Regional Halal Industry Amidst Regional Budget Limitations."
The External Academic Service Economic Dialogue (Dialectics) is an annual event held twice by the Islamic economics student association Universitas Airlangga . This event aims to provide a discussion forum to address contemporary issues in Islamic economics to grow, adapt, and disseminate Islamic economics more widely. In 2023, the theme for the first External Academic Service Economic Dialogue (Dialectics) will be "Development of the Regional Halal Industry Amidst Regional Budget Limitations."

This event will be held online via Zoom Meeting without any fees, and will be held on May 28, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM WIB. The resource person for this webinar will be an external speaker related to the proposed theme, namely KNEKS. This event relates to SDGs numbers 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 17. Therefore, we invited a speaker from KNEKS because the development of the halal industry sector is one of the master plans for sharia economic development and its realization is implemented through regular and strategic programs from KNEKS to achieve the SDGs.

It is hoped that the participation of participants in this activity will increase participants' awareness of contemporary issues and innovations in Islamic economics related to the potential, schemes, and operational aspects of funding, especially blended financing in Islamic economics, to develop the halal industry amidst the limitations of the regional budget
