Activity Description:

Action 1.0 is one of the work programs of the Human Resources Division of the HMMA (Human Resource Management) Universitas Airlanggafor the 2023 period. The target group for this Action 1.0 activity is new students from the class of 2023 and students who have not yet participated in Action. Unlike previous years, this Action 1.0 was held off-campus while still adhering to health protocols.

Action 1.0 was held to allow new students to get to know each other and the class above them and regain a sense of solidarity and kinship lost due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, Action 1.0 served as a platform to identify candidates for the next HMMA leadership regeneration period. The Action 1.0 event featured an engaging concept, including outbound activities, sharing, listening, and performances.
