The Islamic Economics Student Association has several major programs implemented this year, one of which is Ekis Goes to Village (EGD) 2022. Ekis Goes to Village (EGD) is a village service program participated by Islamic Economics students Universitas Airlangga. This year, EGD 2022 carries the theme "Elaboration of the development and utilization of natural and human resources in Mangirejo Hamlet, Wonosalam Village, Jombang, East Java in the aspects of health, education, environment, and economy to increase sociopreneurship and environmental awareness". Through this activity, the committee contributes directly to the community of Mangirejo Hamlet, Wonosalam Village, especially in building and developing village potential, both in the economic, education, environment, and health sectors.

In addition to providing health services, raising awareness about common illnesses in the elderly, and promoting farm safety, the health sub-program also implemented a program to stimulate cognitive abilities in toddlers in Mangirejo Hamlet. The program was implemented on July 22, 2022. The media used to support the program's sustainability was a collaboration with the local Community Health Center (Puskesmas) that handles midwifery, Mrs. Ayik. This program was initiated because parents or mothers with toddlers lack awareness and concern regarding natural complementary foods (MPASI), which will later affect child development, such as motor skills. This program is related to the optimization of SDGs number 3, namely a Healthy and Prosperous Life, because the goal of holding the socialization program is aligned with the SDGs.
