Routine training is a meeting event for all members of the Islamic Economics Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UNAIR to facilitate the development of soft skills in non-academic areas. The SEGA division of HIMA EKIS UNAIR holds two types of routine training: arts and sports. The arts include acoustics, nasyid, and Saman. The sports include soccer, basketball, volleyball, futsan, and others.

Routine training is also held to prepare athletes from all Islamic Economics students of FEB UNAIR to face annual events such as the Dean Cup, Ekis Cup, etc.
