The Islamic Economics Student Association has several major programs implemented this year, one of which is Ekis Goes to Village (EGD) 2022. Ekis Goes to Village (EGD) is a village service program participated by Islamic Economics students Universitas Airlangga. This year, EGD 2022 carries the theme "Elaboration of the development and utilization of natural and human resources in Mangirejo Hamlet, Wonosalam Village, Jombang, East Java in the aspects of health, education, environment, and economy to increase sociopreneurship and environmental awareness". Through this activity, the committee contributes directly to the community of Mangirejo Hamlet, Wonosalam Village, especially in building and developing village potential, both in the economic, education, environment, and health sectors.

On July 21, 2022, the education sub-event committee implemented the Teaching Ideals, Morals, and Environment program to support education at SDN Wonosalam 4, Mangirejo Hamlet. The media used to support the sustainability of this program were video media, Ministry of Education and Culture exercise sheets, planting hydroponic plants, and curtain crafts for ideals. This concept was raised to provide an understanding to elementary school students the importance of basic morals (honesty, independence, caring) in everyday life, explain to elementary school students the benefits of protecting the environment and the impact if we do not protect the surrounding environment, and introduce the importance of ideals to elementary school students. It is hoped that teaching with the provided concept can foster a spirit of ethics, protecting the environment, and achieving ideals. This program is related to the optimization of SDGs number 4, namely Quality Education, aimed at students of SDN Wonosalam 4.
