Shaping the Character of Rabbani Economists through the 2019 Fossei Leadership Camp in East Java

Fossei Leadership Camp 2019 East Java is one of the work programs of FoSSEI East Java. This activity aims to strengthen brotherhood and brotherhood between KSEI throughout East Java and produce Robbani Economist cadres who have a Visionary spirit, Effective Management, People Analysis, and Leadership Skills. The 2019 FLC activity has the theme "Giving Birth to Strong Rabbani Economists for the Welfare of the Whole Ummah". This activity was organized by the Islamic Economist Study Group (KSEI) of the Islamic Economics Student Movement Forum (FOGEIS) of the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Science Institute and was held at Binor Bohay Pyton Beach, Probolinggo.

All FLC 2019 activities are outdoor, where participants undertake various activities aimed at improving discipline and leadership skills. Participants are provided with facilities in the form of tents divided into two large tents with a capacity of 40-50. The 2019 FLC activities were filled with the provision of Islamic Economic Material (Micro and Political Economic Analysis, Direction of FoSSEI Movement, Leadership, Islam, and Social Ansos and Social Reksos in Organizational Change. The provision of material was carried out by Islamic economic activists and also FoSSEI alumni. In addition to the material, participants also did outbound to build familiarity through teamwork, as well as strengthen the brotherhood and brotherhood between KSEI throughout East Java.

At the end of the 2019 FLC, participants conducted a National Campaign (KAMNAS) on Islamic Economics. Participants were required to interact with traders and visitors to Binor Bohay Beach. Participants also conducted campaigns on Halal Tourism, Halal Food, and the importance of cash waqf for village development.
