P3DM: EKIS' PRIDE
"We will conquer this world with pen and word"

The Student Delegation Training and Mentoring Program, better known as P3DM, is one of nine work programs carried out by the Scientific Division of Universitas Airlangga . This work program aims to develop Islamic Economics students in academic competitions such as the Olympiad. This is intended to realize one of the three values instilled by the Islamic Economics Student Association, namely Pride .
The Student Delegation Training and Mentoring Program (P3DM) is conducted several months before event . This is intended to ensure that the Islamic Economics Student Delegation Universitas Airlangga has thorough preparation and can bring honor to the name of Islamic Economics Universitas Airlangga both nationally and internationally. This work program is implemented around the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga .
The Student Delegation Training and Mentoring Program (P3DM) has several stages. The first stage, the Scientific Division will hold an Open Recruitment of delegates in a competition event for Islamic Economics Students Universitas Airlangga . The next stage, the Scientific Division will select students who register to become Competition Delegates, the selection stage is carried out by working on several questions provided by the Scientific Division, this stage also aims to get delegates who have qualified abilities and are considered entitled to represent Islamic Economics, Universitas Airlangga . The next and final stage in this program is the mentoring stage, at this stage the selected delegates will be met by the Scientific Division with Tutors or Mentors who master the Olympiad materials. After undergoing the mentoring stage, the delegates of the Islamic Economics Student Association Universitas Airlangga are ready to depart and ready to make the name of Islamic Economics proud.
The success of this work program can be seen in the Regional Scientific Meeting (TEMILREG) competition held at IAIN Tulung Agung and the National Scientific Meeting held at UIN North Sumatra, where the Islamic Economics Student Association delegation was able to win 3rd place in the Temilreg Olympiad and 1st place in the Temilnas Olympiad.
