Transportation and location constraints when purchasing supporting textbooks consistently force students to purchase textbooks for their courses this semester. Furthermore, as time goes by, many students are starting to forget the importance of reading. Therefore, as the 2018 Islamic Economics Student Association, we will hold a Book Bazaar to rekindle students' enthusiasm for acquiring supporting textbooks and to remind them that books are a source of knowledge that cannot be obtained through technology.

This book bazaar program has been running well on February 5 to 17, 2018 by opening a stand in the corner of the FEB building, Universitas Airlangga. The current book bazaar has the theme "more books, more knowledge". We have sold various books for student needs. We started by sending proposals to publishers and after being accepted we started taking various books from publishers. In the first period, sales were not that much because there were no new students who needed a lot of books. However, sales were already quite a lot, even in some of the book titles we restocked from publishers because many bought and the lack of our book inventory. After that we began to recap the results of income and the number of books remaining. In the second book bazaar period, we hope the results will exceed the first period book bazaar and we hope that students will continue to love reading books.
