Upgrading is an event designed and organized to help the 2023 Accounting Student Association (HAM) administrators Universitas Airlangga improve their soft skills and organizational spirit during their term. The entire Upgrading event will be held offline. Several speakers will deliver material tailored to the soft skills required by the Universitas Airlangga Accounting Student Association administrators, which is also expected to foster good relationships among members. The Upgrading event also includes an icebreaker session or games aimed at refreshing minds, strengthening relationships between members, and increasing enthusiasm for participating in the entire series of events.
