Academic Research: This research training can improve the quality of education by providing a deeper understanding of quality research and research methods. Thus, participants can develop their expertise in producing quality knowledge in the field of education.

Sharing Session: Through a sharing session, participants can expand their knowledge of relevant educational issues and innovations in the field. This can help improve the quality of education by introducing new ideas and the best practice to participants.

Analysis and Data: In this training, participants will study data analysis related to education. By using accurate and relevant data, participants can identify areas that need to be improved in the education system and design effective strategies to improve the quality of education.

Paper Research Presentation and Publication: Through Presentation and Publication of Research Paper, participants can contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and understanding of quality educational issues. By sharing the results of their research, participants can influence better educational policies and practices.

Research Cycle and Academic Planning: This training also includes the Research and Academic Planning cycle, which involves the development of action plans to improve the quality of education. By planning the directed steps, participants can achieve the goal of SDGs point 4 more effectively.
Thus, this research training event can contribute to achieving SDGs point 4, namely Quality Education, by increasing understanding, knowledge, analysis, and educational practices.
