Personal Development is an event created and designed so that Accounting students Universitas Airlangga class of 2022 can improve their soft skills and organizational spirit while studying at Universitas Airlangga. The entire series of Personal Development events will be held through talk shows. The activities will be filled with several speakers who will present material in accordance with the soft skills needed by Accounting students Universitas Airlangga class of 2022. It is hoped that Accounting students Universitas Airlangga class of 2022 can develop soft skills. In the Personal Development activities, there is also an ice-breaking session that aims to refresh the mind and increase enthusiasm for participating in the entire series of events. Furthermore, participants will be given a post-test that can help in measuring the level of participants' understanding of the material provided. Participants can implement the material from the series of events in the case studies that will be provided.

We hope that through this Personal Development event, Universitas Airlangga Accounting students can gain insight and knowledge about empathy and emotional intelligence, which we believe can help foster organizational enthusiasm and enable them to carry out their daily organizational activities better.
