The 2025 Internship Mastery is a preparatory program designed to help Universitas Airlangga optimally prepare themselves before undergoing an internship. This activity will be held for three days, namely on October 15, 21, and 25, 2025, using a hybrid method: the first meeting is online via Zoom, while the next two meetings are held offline. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of internship procedures, preparation of supporting documents, and job interview simulations, so that participants are ready to face the professional world.
On the first day, October 15, 2025, the activity will be filled by one of the Accounting lecturers who will explain material regarding the definition of internships, the technical procedures for applying for internships for Accounting students at Universitas Airlangga , credit conversion, and the applicable systematic flow. Participants will also be given guidance on compiling an effective and professional Curriculum Vitae (CV), with the task of creating the CV and submitting it at the second meeting.
On the second day, October 21, 2025, participants will participate in a direct CV review and analysis session with mentors who are final semester students who have completed the internship program. In this session, each participant will receive personal feedback and suggestions for improvement, so they can optimize the quality of their CV to be more attractive to recruiters.
On the last day, October 25, 2025, the activity will focus on a job interview simulation. Mentors will share a list of common questions frequently asked in the internship interview process and provide tips on answering strategies appropriately, confidently, and convincingly. Through this series of activities, it is hoped that participants will be able to improve their readiness, both in terms of administration and communication skills, to compete in the world of work and the world of internships.
