Erasmus+ A4U (Alianza 4 Universidades) is a European Union scholarship scheme under the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program (KA107). Through this fund, students and staff from non-European partner universities and from A4U universities have the opportunity to participate in the mobility scheme. The opportunity for Universitas Airlangga students to experience the academic atmosphere in another country (Spain) aims to be able to understand directly both the theory and practice of the country's socio-economic conditions and society more broadly and globally in the international scope and can explore ideas from that country.
Alianza 4 Universidades (A4U) is a strategic partnership between four leading Spanish public universities: the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), and Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). Each has been designated a Campus of International Excellence by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, and all are highly ranked in the WCU international rankings.
This year, Universitas Airlangga successfully graduated two students, one of whom is Dewi Nabilah Anwar (Bachelor of Accounting, 2018) from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona. Dewi is scheduled to study from April to June 2022.
