On April 13-29, 2018, the Accounting Cup (A-Cup) 2018 was held by the Accounting Student Association Universitas Airlangga. This activity was chaired by William Stefanus Kennedy (Accounting 2017) along with all the committee members from the class of 2017. The purpose of the A-Cup activity was not only to realize the work program that had been prepared, but also to strengthen family relationships, familiarity between Accounting students Universitas Airlangga and increase sportsmanship of students of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program through the implementation of several sports competitions.

The A-Cup is an inter-student sports championship held annually in the Accounting Department Universitas Airlangga . Winners of the A-Cup are then sent to represent the Accounting Department in the faculty-level sports competition, the Dean's Cup, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga.

The 2018 A-Cup lasted for 2 weeks and had 7 sports contested: basketball, futsal, badminton, table tennis, E-sports (PES and Mobile Legends ), and Photography. The venues used for the competitions were varied, ranging from on-campus to off-campus. Badminton, table tennis, and PES matches took place on campus, while other matches were held off-campus. The opening ceremony was held at the NSA (Nation Star Academy) with the basketball sport marked by the throwing of a basketball into the ring by Zaga Kresna Putra as Chairman of the Universitas Airlangga . Sports matches at the 2018 A-Cup were held after campus academic activities were completed, starting at 6:30 PM until finished. On the last day, a lively closing ceremony was held and concluded with a futsal final match at the Gool Untag venue. During the 2018 A-Cup event, almost all of the wins were won by the class of 2016 so that the overall champion of the 2018 Accounting Cup fell to the class of 2016.
