Accounting Ramadhan Activities (ARA) 2024 is a work program from the internal field of the Accounting Student Association Universitas Airlangga . This activity aims to build and strengthen ties between the accounting community universitas airlangga , and share with the surrounding environment.
The implementation of this activity is also to support the realization of SDGs point 1 (No Poverty), point 2 (No Hunger), and point 3 (Good Health and Well-being). SDGs point 1 is realized through the BERISI (Giving Together with AKS1 Residents) activity by providing assistance in the form of money to people in need so that it can help reduce poverty. SDGs point 2 is realized through the BUKBER (Breaking the Fast Together with AKS1 Residents) and SOTR (Sahur On The Road) activities by sharing food with students of the Accounting study program Universitas Airlangga and to the surrounding community in need so that it can help reduce hunger and ensure access to nutritious and affordable food. SSGs point 3 is realized through SOTR activities by sharing food during sahur to people on the street who are still awake or working at that time which can help ensure the health and well-being of people who are fasting. ARA 2024 activities can also support other SDGs such as SDGs 10 (Reduced Inequality) by providing assistance to communities in need and SDG 17 (Partnerships to Achieve the Goals) by involving collaboration between one study program and the community.
Accounting Ramadhan Activities (ARA) 2024 will be held for 2 days, namely Friday and Saturday, March 22-23, 2024. This activity is held from Friday at 1:00 PM to Saturday at 4:30 AM. The rundown of activities during breaking the fast together starts from the opening, greetings, teaser screenings, games, community performances, preparations for breaking the fast, games, and closing. The rundown of SOTR activities begins with participant registration, preparation for departure to the destination post and distributing food at each post, sahur together, impressions and messages from residents, and closing.
