Friday, February 8, 2019, the student activity unit of the Association of Sharia Economic Studies or often known as AcSES held a Work Meeting as the first work program of the 2019 management period. Not only as the first work program, this Work Meeting was also an initial step to establish brotherhood with AcSESSOR 2019. The activity, which was attended by approximately 70 participants, took place in the Soepoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. The Work Meeting itself is a mandatory activity at the beginning of the management which aims to compile, agree on, and inform all work programs that will be implemented for the next year at Acsessor.
The Working Meeting began at exactly 08.00 WIB with the opening by Sandi Prabowo and Tengku Andini from the HRD Division as MC. Then continued with singing the song Indonesia Raya, Hymn Airlangga, and Mars Fossei. Continued with the reading of the holy verses of the Qur'an, remarks from Maulana Izzul Haq as the Chairperson of the 2019 Working Meeting, remarks from Hasbi Ash Shidiq as the President Director of AcSES for the 2019 period, the delivery of the division's work program led by the presidium, the alignment of work programs led by the Director of AcSES 2019, and finally closed with the reading of a prayer by M. Najib Rahman.
The Working Meeting actually ended at exactly 11:30 a.m. WIB, but at 1:00 p.m. WIB, participants were expected to return to the Soepoyo Hall for the next activity, the Welcome Party. The Welcome Party was an activity aimed at welcoming, introducing, and familiarizing new AcSESSORs with the Daily Management Board and the Cadre Development Council. The Welcome Party activity was hosted by Sandi Prabowo from the HRD Division and Widya from the RnP Division. The welcome party event was made as interesting and relaxed as possible so that AcSESSORs could enjoy the event and feel comfortable being at AcSES. Starting with the performance of Risa Aulia and Muhammad Suffian Efendi who collaborated on violin and acoustic guitar, then the melodious voice of Devita Swandayani accompanied by guitar strains by Aji Prasetyo and Muhammad Suffian Efendi. The event continued with games aimed at familiarizing all acSESSORs so that they were not isolated by their respective divisions. The event was closed with an exchange of gifts, a message from the President Director of AcSES, and a group photo session.
