SHARIA MOTIVATION AND ACHIEVEMENT TRAINING 1 (SMART 1) 2023 is one of the Human Resource Development work programs of AcSES FEB UNAIR which aims to create competent and professional AcSES cadres. The SMART 1 2023 activity was held on April 13, 2023 to April 14, 2023 offline at Villa Merah, Pacet, Mojokerto. Through this SMART 1 2023 activity, we create AcSES cadres who have Islamic economic insights both in theory and application, and to provide insights into leadership and managerial so that AcSES cadres have managerial and organizational skills.
