Magics (Internship With AcSES) is a work program from the HRD division that accommodates new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to intern at AcSES. Magics has several series of events ranging from Ormawa Expo, Open Recruitment, Ta'aruf Day, Webinar and Closing ceremony. Ormawa expo is held during PIKMEN, by visiting classes that have been provided by the PIKMEN committee which aims to introduce AcSES to new students.

Open Recruitment itself is an activity to screen new students interested in participating in MAGICS, which will then be selected and the results will be announced on AcSES' social media platforms. To improve hard skills, soft skills, and achievements, AcSES internal sharing of experiences and motivation to new students.
