The AcSES General Meeting (MUBES) is an annual event that serves as a means of reporting the accountability of the AcSES management in 2025 as well as a forum for discussing the Articles of Association (AD/ART). This activity is a forum for all active members of AcSES FEB Unair to alumni to gather, discuss, and make important decisions related to the direction and policies of AcSES going forward.
The 2025 MUBES is planned to take place for two days, on November 1 to November 9, 2025, at the Mindrowo Hall of FEB Universitas Airlangga . The activity will start at 07.00 WIB and finish according to the set agenda.

In line with point 4 of the SDGs regarding quality education, this MUBES is expected to produce strategic decisions regarding the allocation of the organization's work programs, both for the future period and for the sustainable development of its members. Furthermore, this forum also functions to evaluate ongoing work programs and formulate necessary improvements to achieve more optimal performance.
With the evaluation and formulation of new work programs, MUBES 2025 is expected to be able to produce better member performance, strengthen character, and support the organization's vision of providing benefits through education and the direction that has been achieved.
