The signing was carried out by both parties by Dr. Mohd. Syaiful Rizal bin Abdul Hamid as Dean of the Faculty of Technology Management and Technopreneurship Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (FPTT-UTeM) and by Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., M.Si., Ak.
