It is hereby announced to prospective new students of Universitas Airlangga who are accepted through the selection pathway for the Masters, Doctoral and Professional Odd Semester Programs for the Academic Year 2016/2017. They are required to follow the re-registration process as follows:

PRE RE-REGISTRATION

Prospective New Students of Universitas Airlangga must fill out completely and correctly online:
Registration Data Form
Upload a scanned diploma / certificate of graduation in the form of a PDF file, through the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id, from 21 to 28 April 2016.
Prospective students print the Registration Data Form, Statement Letter Form Willing to Fulfill and comply with the provisions and regulations and decisions that apply at Airlangga University and the Drug Free Declaration Form.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE AND EDUCATION FEES

Fees to be paid by new students:

Registration fee :
New Student Registration Fee for S2 and S3 Study Programs is 1.085.000, - (One million eighty five thousand rupiah)
New Student Registration Fee for Professional Study Program is Rp. 585.000,- (Five hundred eighty five thousand rupiah)
Cost of education :
The determination of the amount of the Education Operational Contribution (SOP), the Educational Development and Improvement Contribution (SP3) and matriculation can be seen on the website:

Prospective new students are required to pay registration fees and tuition fees from 27 to 29 April 2016.

Payments can be made at tellers at all branch offices of Bank Mandiri, BNI, BNI Syariah, BRI, BTN and Bank Mandiri Syariah throughout Indonesia, by stating the Participant Number for the Postgraduate Program. Payment cannot be made by wire transfer.

For Making KTM (Student Identity Card) which also functions as an ATM, new students are required to open an account at one of the banks mentioned above at the Airlangga University Branch in accordance with the Bank at the time of Payment of First Tuition Fees (Odd Semester 2016/2017 Academic Year) after re-registration.

 

RE-REGISTRATION

Unair new student candidates must re-register themselves as UNAIR new students - they cannot be represented to anyone.
New Unair student candidates must be neatly dressed (not allowed to wear shirts without a collar), shoes and maintain order during the Re-registration Process.
Re-registration must be done on:
Date : 27 to 29 April 2016
Time: 09.00 - 15.00 WIB (Break at 12.00-13.00 WIB; Friday at 11.30-13.00 WIB)
Place : Student Registration Section, Rectorate Building Lt I Campus C, Universitas Airlangga, Jl. Mulyorejo, Surabaya
LOCKETS A, B, C, and D are provided which prospective students must follow in order, as follows. :
LOCKET ( A )

Showing and Submitting Exam Participant Signs
Show original certificates and transcripts
S1 (for prospective Maba S2 and Profession)
S2 (for prospective S3 Maba)
Return the Registration form and its completeness which has been filled out correctly and is completed with:
Photocopies of diplomas and transcripts of S1 grades for prospective students at the S2 level and Professional level students that have been legalized 2 sheets
Submit Photocopies of Diplomas and Transcripts of S1 and S2 for prospective doctoral students that have been legalized 3 sheets
Health Certificate from the original doctor and a photocopy of 1 sheet
3 (four) recent color photographs with a red background size 4X4 to be pasted on:
Registration form
Declaration Letter Form Willing to Fulfill and comply with the provisions and regulations and decisions that apply at Universitas Airlangga
Drug Free Declaration Form
Proof of Re-registration Form (Temporary KTM)
Show original evidence and submit 2 (two) copies of proof of payment of tuition fees
Submit a Statement of Willingness to Fulfill and comply with the provisions and regulations as well as the decisions that apply at Universitas Airlangga signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 6.000
Submit a Statement Letter of Free Drugs signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 6.000,-

The provisions above are binding on every prospective new student of UNAIR for the 2016/2017 academic year, if the prospective new student cannot fulfill it, then he is considered to have resigned as a new student of UNAIR.
