Internal Division Training, or what is usually called IDT, is a routine activity that is held once in one management during the ongoing period. This activity is managed by the Human Resources Development division of WEBS 2018. And covers all divisions of WEBS itself. It was held on 26 February 208 – 16 March 2018 at PPKK UNAIR. With different time periods for each division.
The aim of carrying out this activity is to provide knowledge, mentoring and consultation with experts in their respective fields. With the hope that each division at WEBS UNAIR will recognize their respective roles and be able to run synergistically during this period. By holding this event, each member at WEBS will receive benefits in the form of education from mentors appropriate to their field, and will also strengthen membership at WEBS itself, especially in their respective divisions..
