The organizational body is not only a place for students' intellectual development, but also the development of their social spirit. Theories accepted in higher education must of course be supported by organizational skills that support existing competencies and the most important thing is how they are applied in society.
In an organization, a sense of connectedness and tolerance between other organizational leaders cannot be separated, because this aspect is very much needed in developing its potential. This UPGRADING activity allows other administrators in an organization to interact with each other and find out about other administrators and their responsibilities to create an organization that is beneficial to the university and society.
Therefore, the Student Legislative Body organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga needs to hold Upgrading activities in order to increase insight and knowledge, as well as students' abilities to become national leaders.
