Organizational bodies serve not only as a platform for students' intellectual development but also as a platform for fostering their social skills. The theories learned in college must be supported by organizational skills that support existing competencies, and most importantly, how they can be applied in society.

Within an organization, a sense of connectedness and tolerance among leaders is essential, as these aspects are essential for developing their potential. Upgrading activities allow other leaders within an organization to interact and learn about each other and their responsibilities in creating an organization that benefits both the university and the community.

Therefore, the Student Legislative Body of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga needs to hold Upgrading activities in order to increase insight and knowledge, as well as students' abilities to become national leaders.
