"Say, "This is my path (religion), I and those who follow me invite Allah (preach) with clear arguments. Glory be to Allah, and I am not among the idolaters" (QS Yusuf: 108)

Da'wah is not something that can be carried out alone but must be carried out together and organized. The long journey of da'wah indicates that there must be a foundation of common perception to bring the da'wah according to the stated goals.

MOSIAC (Moslem Students Association of Economics and Business faculty) as a faculty student activity unit in the field of Islamic spirituality held upgrading activities for MOSAIC itself internally. Upgrading was carried out on Saturday and Sunday, 9 and 10 March 2019 at the Nuruzzaman Mosque, Universitas Airlangga , Campus B and the Baiturrozaq Sier Mosque. This activity was carried out to equalize perceptions and strengthen MOSAIC's internal brotherhood in carrying out one year of management. The equalization of perception and unity of the Ukhuwah is necessary because da'wah cannot work alone, just as organized crime is more frightening than unorganized goodness, so da'wah needs to be organized.

The 2019 MOSAIC Upgrading was attended by MOSAIC's internal management, and attended by MOSIAC supervisors, namely Drs. R. Moh Qudsi Fauzi, MM. In this activity, material related to organization and leadership was also discussed to deepen the understanding of MOSAIC's internal management in running the organization in one management. Mr. Sulistya Rusgianto , as the organizer, conveyed various things about the importance of organized da'wah and shared his various experiences as a SKI activist at that time. Apart from organizational material, leadership material is also presented. This material was delivered by Adi Bintang Pradana, Mas'ul MOSAIC FEB 2018 who has experience leading MOSAIC for one year of management. Various problems related to SKI are discussed without leaving suggestions for what needs to be done. Interactive discussions are carried out to facilitate understanding and solve problems together.

The material is the main thing, but don't forget to also do Mabit (Night for Building Faith and Tkwa) and games to get to know each other more deeply about the internal management. Mabit is held at night until dawn on Saturday. Sharing, tadarus, dhikr, tahajud and dawn are carried out together by both the brothers and sisters themselves. Apart from that, on Sunday afternoons simple games are held to further strengthen the brotherhood by having fun.

The essence of everything carried out by the series of events in this upgrading activity is to straighten out intentions, strengthen brotherhood to achieve the same vision in the organization. "It is not Islam that needs humans, but humans who need Islam"
